Personal Assistant and Marketing Coordinator

Our firm is in need of an energetic, highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a personal assistant to the CEO and marketing coordinator.  Successful candidates will perform administrative duties at an executive support level, marketing event planning and coordination, and office management.   This position reports to the President.

Job Description


Administrative, planning and personal support activities for CEO

End-to-end project management of conferences, events and corporate meetings

Manage external vendors and service providers

Create and maintain marketing materials, prepare correspondence, reports and presentations

Anticipate, manage and prepare media announcements and corporate communications

Maintain calendars, prioritizing and arranging meetings, conferences and appointments

Source and maintain office supplies and office environment

Manage interns

Arrange and coordinate travel reservations

Make adjustments to website as required


Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be a professional team player with the ability to take initiative and direction

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Must be detail oriented and excellent at research

Demonstrated experience in event planning required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of social media platforms

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong, working knowledge PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize daily workload

Discretion and confidentiality

Must be able to be bonded; reference required

Flexible schedule to support and attend marketing and corporate events

Bookkeeping experience a plus

Some travel required

Compensation: $40k annually plus full benefit package
