Entry Level - Network Operations Administrator

Entry-level network operations position at Ft. Bragg:

  • ITIL certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a NOC preferable.
  • Windows 7 System Administrator
  • Use Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and VSphere to Administer servers such as Active Directory, ARAMP, ATCTS, Bluecoat, Domain Controllers, DNS, eDFS, RLAS, SCOM, Service Desk, Sharepoint, Spectrum, SQL, vSphere.
  • Have an entry level understanding of each service and app above.
  • Coordinate Maintenance and Outages with Service Owners.
  • Perform Tier I and II after hours Help Desk Functions such as Windows 7 Customer Support, Service Desk, BitLocker, and VPN.
  • Perform daily physical inspections of servers in Data Center.

Required:

  • Security+ certification required
  • Knowledge in networking and/or systems required.
  • Secret clearance required
