Currently, our client base consists of small, medium to large businesses ranging in size from less than $1m to greater than $11b in sales in varying industries and levels of complexity. 

Our firm is in need of a strong, hands-on Senior Accountant to work in our Accounting Services Consulting Practice.  The practice group is responsible for providing outsourced accounting services to multiple clients including month-end closing, financial reporting, account & variance analysis, forecasting, cash projections and special projects as needed.  This position will report to the VP of Accounting Operations.


  • Revenue recognition and month-end closing entries
  • Financial reporting and analysis in accordance with GAAP
  • Internal audits of current system internal controls
  • Forensic accounting and reconciliation
  • Variance analysis, communication & reporting
  • External financial and government audit liaison
  • Accounting system set up, process improvement and training
  • Policy and procedure development
  • Budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • Strong knowledge in accounting theory and accounting for contracts
  • Costpoint systems experience required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
